Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!!! Is it a helpless feeling or what?
We're never going to sell that house we still have sitting on the market ravaging our finances. Our realtor told me that none of the comparable homes in our immediate area have sold in the last 6 months.
Just freaking great....
Here we walked the conservative walk for our entire lives....no debts (other than our house)...playing it safe, and now when we'd like to help our kids with a college education soon, we'll be in debt up to our asses.
